“I have been here for almost 5 years, and within those years I have been granted a family. From my interview with Eli Albritton, I felt I was part of something big. Even though I was terrified because I was coming into a different work field I was never alone during my journey with Atlantic Tire. Training was amazing, I had one on one training with Mike Fussel and honestly that was one of the best experiences knowing that I had someone beside me who wanted and needed me to succeed. And till this day I can call Mike and ask for help when I need it. Well to be honest I could probably call anyone in our Atlantic team to help me. As the years passed, I learned to grow and evolve with my new (work) family, I’ve learned new roles, grew into others, and learned how a company can provide you the back up that you want and need in the difficult times in your life. Not just in a professional matter but in personal ones too. And I think that is one of the things that makes Atlantic Tire different is the sense of family that you get from day one.
